When such mismanaged patients arrive at our hospital, the outcomes of surgery are significantly less predictable, and both recovery time and cost tend to increase.Recognizing the root cause of piles as chronic constipation, our experienced team at BDGH took a bold initiative: to treat the cause before it becomes a crisis.

This led to the foundation of Gattani Kabz Clinic (GKC)—a social initiative designed to spread awareness and offer scientifically guided treatment for constipation to the masses.
